Team Wales have been out and about this week, and today it's Rhian, Aldo and the team's turn to fly the ivolve flag at the South West Wales Brain Injury Conference in Swansea, supported by JCP Solicitors 🙌

We're delighted to be part of an event bringing people together to share experiences, learn from one another and explore how we can improve life after brain injury.

With seven accessible, self-contained flats and 24/7 specialist support, Tenpenny Close has been thoughtfully designed to give adults with complex learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities the space to enjoy life on their own terms.

🏆💚 THE WAIT IS OVER… MEET OUR FIRST WINNERS!

We're still smiling about the ivolve Awards 2026, and after sharing a little sneak peek of the celebrations, it's time to introduce you to some of the incredible people behind those trophies! 🥹✨

A post ivolve awards 2026 💚✨

Our hearts are full, our feet are tired and we haven’t stopped smiling! What. A. Night! 🏆🎉

Last night we came together for the ivolve Awards 2026, and WOW… what an evening it was!

There was singing, laughter, dancing and so many special moments that we’ll be talking about for a long time. 🥹

🎤 People we support absolutely stole the show with their incredible singing and hilarious comedy, and even helped us hand out some of those all-important awards!

💃 Our Head of People brought the house down with Proud Mary (Tina Turner would be proud!).

🕺 And some of those dance moves? We’re still recovering! 😂

But the biggest smiles came from celebrating our wonderful colleagues, recognising the difference they make and seeing everyone come together to share such a special evening.

The love, laughter and pride in that room? Something else entirely. 💚

We couldn’t resist sharing a few little sneak peeks for today’s ! 📸

And trust us, there’s plenty more where these came from…

The wait is over! It's finally time for the ivolve Awards 2026, and we couldn't be more excited!

Tonight is all about our incredible colleagues. The ones who go the extra mile, lift each other up, work their magic behind the scenes and make a difference in so many ways. ✨

Just like Brandon, our 2025 Group Functions Hero winner in Wales, who shared how special it felt to know his work was making a positive difference to the people and teams he supports. 💚

Tonight, we'll be celebrating more amazing people and making memories that will last long after the trophies have been handed out.

🏆💚 TOMORROW IS THE BIG DAY!

The wait is almost over… and we can't wait to celebrate our incredible colleagues at the ivolve Awards 2026! 🎉

Last year, Isabell couldn't quite believe she'd won Learner of the Year in England! After two years of studying, achieving qualifications and working hard to develop herself, having that dedication recognised was a moment she'll never forget. 🥹

And tomorrow, more of our colleagues will discover just how much their hard work, kindness and commitment mean to the people around them.

Some might be expecting it. Others won't have a clue! 👀 But one thing's for sure… there'll be plenty of proud faces, happy tears and cheering tomorrow night! 💚

Last year, Aimie took home the Strive Award for Wales, and her words say it all. Being recognised by the people around her made her feel proud, appreciated and reminded her just how much her work matters.
