Hello I thought I would just do a little introduction for anyone new that comes to class or is thinking of coming along to class .
My name is Sarah and I’ve been teaching zumba for 14 years along with other sports .zumba is my passion and I love to make people smile,inspire,motivate and help in anyway I can 😊
people that know me know I’m never still 😆I love running long distances marathons/ultra marathons , triathlon ,openwater swimming ,cycling,hiking ,and most of all football my team Bolton wanderers fc .❤️
Classes are super super friendly,we are a big family so if you are thinking of coming along I promise I will take very good care of you 🥰
Zumba is a fun ,happy dance fitness class which is suitable for anyone i promise you will love the happy vibes in class ❤️
