As we come to the last day of our 2nd Retreat here at Rosyth Estate I would like to thank Farzana & all the staff for their great hospitality … as always … we are made to feel so welcome & the food, attention & facilities are just amazing. We were mainly lucky with the weather this week & despite a few showers & occasional thunderstorm it’s been dry & sunny.
A huge thank you to all the participants past & present , who have been here this week & last & over the past 8 years … without you I wouldn’t be doing this!
I am so grateful for your enthusiasm & company … sharing & creating some great memories!
Isn’t Rosyth just a magical place?!
🙏☀️🫶🧘‍♀️🌴
Goodbye 🇱🇰 Sri Lanka … I will miss you!

26th April - 3rd May 2028

If you have already booked on or missed out on joining our 2027 Moroccan Retreat … you might like to join us in 2028!

A fantastic week exploring Morocco’s rich history & culture.
La Maison Anglaise in Taroudant has won many awards & is a perfect place to stay for our week of Yoga & mindfulness. Enjoy trips to the Berber Castle & tribes where you can see how they live & work & how argan oil is made. Take guided walks in the Atlas Mountains, enjoy massages, hammams & explore the local souks …. Or maybe just simply resting, relaxing & recharging your batteries in beautiful surroundings.
These holidays get very booked up in advance so if you would like to put your name down for 2028 I would advise you to do sooner rather than later!
