Hi all! I've had a few technical issues with the page but all now thankfully has been resolved and we are now up and running again!
I've had the real pleasure of meeting a few amazing new clients this week and I feel truly blessed to be able to practice from the lovely retreat room in our hypnotherapy and health care centre.
I look forward to meeting a few more new faces over the coming weeks.
For more info on how to book a session with me, please pop me a message and I will get back to you as quickly as I can, or hop onto the centres website, where you can find a contact form🙂

It is said that before entering the sea
a river trembles with fear.
She looks back at the path she has traveled,
from the peaks of the mountains,
the long winding road crossing forests and villages.
And in front of her,
she sees an ocean so vast,
that to enter
there seems nothing more than to disappear forever.
But there is no other way.
The river can not go back.
Nobody can go back.
To go back is impossible in existence.
The river needs to take the risk
of entering the ocean
because only then will fear disappear,
because that’s where the river will know
it’s not about disappearing into the ocean,
but of becoming the ocean.

My clients are important me. As we move into a fresh new year I just want to say thank you to those who have been a part of my journey this year.
The coming year will see many changes I'm sure, as change is constant, and I am excited for some of the changes on the horizon.
Values of Reiki are important to me too.
One of the five principles of Reiki is "I will do my work honestly".
An honest Reiki practitioner will have your best interests at heart. They should aim to make you feel comfortable and also that you matter.
They should be willing and able to provide not only their certification of training, but also their lineage.
Anyone can take an online course, or say that 'previous training included a bit of Reiki' but if a practitioner has been properly trained in a method of Reiki - enough to class themselves a practitioner in the first place - they will be able to disclose where they trained, with which Reiki master, and you will be able to see BOTH parts of their certification that certifies this along with their lineage (Three parts of certification if they have covered their master's degree)
They should also be fully insured and be able to produce a copy of this also if they are practising from a wellbeing space that caters for the public.
Do not be afraid to ask questions. A qualified practitioner will never mind and be able to show you that your wellbeing is their first priority ✨🦋

A happy bright and prosperous 2024 to you all ❤️✨

Water does not resist. Water flows. When you plunge your hand into it, all you feel is a caress. Water is not a solid wall, it will not stop you. But water always goes where it wants to go, and nothing in the end can stand against it. Water is patient. Dripping water wears away a stone. Remember that, my child. Remember you are half water. If you can't go through an obstacle, go around it. Water does. ~ Margaret Atwood ❤️
