🚀 Update: We’re Upgrading our computer system 🚀

To our wonderful community,

We want to share some exciting news! Over the next few days, we are implementing a new computer system at the pharmacy. This upgrade will modernise the way we operate, making our processes smoother, safer, and more efficient for you in the long run.

Because this is transition, our team will be learning the ropes of the new software in real-time. As a result, you may experience temporary delays or slightly longer wait times over the next few weeks.

Here is how you can help us make this transition as smooth as possible:

Plan Ahead: If you can, please request your repeat prescriptions a few days earlier than usual.

Pack a Little Patience: Our team is working incredibly hard to adapt quickly.

We are doing everything we can to minimise disruptions, and we promise the short-term wrinkles will be well worth the long-term upgrades to your care.

We are in need of 6 volunteers to help with our ear micro-suction training on Tuesday 14th October 2025. We'd need you to be able to come in at some point this week for an ear health check and to see if you have enough wax. If you have enough wax, we would need you to return on Tuesday 14th at one of the following time slots: 10:30am, 11am, 11:30am, 12pm, 12:30pm, 1pm.

This is all free of charge.

Please get in contact with us if you'd be willing to help us and also potentially have free of charge ear wax removal 👂🏻
