This 💯

17/09/2026

This gorgeous message came from a client I’m supporting through my High Stress Solutions programme.

And I’m sharing it because I think so many women know this feeling — you’re functioning, getting on with life, maybe even looking like you’ve got it all together from the outside… but somewhere along the way, you’ve lost access to bits of you.

My work is about helping us understand what’s going on underneath the stress, overwhelm and stuckness — and helping your system find a way forward.

If this resonates but you’re not ready to jump into longer-term support, my Energy MOT is a really lovely place to begin.

DM me and I’ll tell you more.

You know you’re stressed, overwhelmed and probably pretty bloody tired of trying to work out how to feel better on your own.

You’re capable. You get things done. Other people rely on you.

But your brain won’t switch off. Your body feels tense or exhausted. Things that should feel simple somehow feel enormous.

And you know something needs to change.

This is exactly the kind of stuff I love working with.

Because I’m not just interested in what you’re thinking.

I’m curious about what your body is doing. Your nervous system. Your energy. The patterns you keep getting caught in.
What’s draining you — and what you actually need.

I bring together kinesiology, somatic and therapeutic approaches, nervous system support and energy work to help get underneath what’s keeping you stressed, overwhelmed or stuck.

Individual support to help you find more energy, clarity and capacity for your work, your relationships, the things you love — and yourself.

Ultimately, I want to help you feel more like you again, get back in control of your life again.

Swipe through to see the ways we can work together.

And if you’re thinking “Yep. I need some of this”, send me a DM. Tell me what’s going on and we’ll work out where to start.

What you appear like VS what you feel like can be two very different stories.

Sometimes the biggest shift isn’t fixing everything.

It’s finally understanding what’s going on.

One of my clients recently described how my feedback helped her make sense of everything she was carrying:

✨ “You just nailed and described perfectly where I’m at.”

And then she said something I loved:

✨ “There’s a settling in my system… like, oh right, that’s what’s happening here.”

This is so much of what my work is about.

When you’ve been stressed, overwhelmed or running on empty for a while, it can become really difficult to see the wood for the trees.

You know you don’t feel quite right.

Your energy is off.
Your head is full.
Your nervous system feels jangly.
You might be tired but unable to properly switch off.

And often you’re trying to work out what the hell you actually need.

That’s where the Energy MOT comes in.

It’s a chance to stop, take stock and look at what’s happening across your mind, body and energy.

We look at where your energy is going, what might be keeping you stuck or depleted, and what support would actually help you.

So rather than adding another thing to your “I really should…” list, you leave with greater clarity, a calmer system and a way forward that feels manageable.

Sometimes being able to say,

“Ah. THAT’S what’s going on.”

is where things begin to change.

✨ If you’ve been feeling stressed, depleted, stuck or simply not quite yourself lately, my Energy MOT could be a really good place to start.

A client sent me this message recently…

“Being attuned has been staying with me so nicely and I’ve just had this steady calmness around me and the whole family has been better.”

This is why I care so deeply about helping women regulate their nervous systems.

Because high stress isn’t just something you feel inside.

It shows up in how quickly you snap.

How much you overthink.

How easily you’re overwhelmed.

How little capacity you have for the people you love.

When your nervous system begins to feel safe again, things start to change.

✨ You stop reacting to every little thing.
✨ Your mind becomes quieter.
✨ You can breathe more deeply.
✨ You feel more present.
✨ You have more patience.
✨ Home feels calmer.
✨ The people around you feel the difference too.

Sometimes clients tell me they feel like a different person.

I don’t think they’ve become someone new.

I think they’re finally meeting the version of themselves that high stress had been hiding.

That’s the work ♥️

What would change in your life if calm became your normal instead of your exception?

Not just emotional.

Someone’s comment sits with you all day.

A small setback feels huge.

You replay conversations.

You lose confidence in decisions you would’ve made easily six months ago.

This isn’t a sign you’re failing.

It’s often a sign your nervous system has been carrying too much for too long.

Imagine what life would feel like if you had more space inside yourself again.

If this feels familiar, my special Summer Reset Sessions are now open.

Today has felt… discombobulated.

You know those days where nothing’s particularly wrong, but nothing quite clicks into place either?

I’m finding it hard to get into my work.

My finger still hurts.

There’s a lot happening emotionally behind the scenes at the moment. The kind of stuff that quietly takes up space in your nervous system, even when you’re trying to carry on as normal.

I could make today mean I’m procrastinating.

Or lazy.

Or not trying hard enough.

But I don’t think that’s what’s happening.

I think I’m human.

Some days we flow.

Some days we wobble.

Some days our body is simply asking us to acknowledge that it’s carrying more than we realise.

So today, instead of fighting myself, I’m choosing curiosity over criticism.

I’m doing what I can.

And trusting that tomorrow might feel different.

If today feels a little wonky for you too… you’re not the only one.

Can you relate to this today?
