You don’t need more willpower. You need to stop making yourself last.
Because losing weight and getting strong is rarely about motivation.
And it’s definitely not about being “good” enough.
For tired mums, it’s usually about mindset, self-worth, confidence and the patterns we’ve built to cope.
Because when you’re exhausted, overwhelmed and everyone else needs you…
🍫 Food can become your comfort.
🥂 W**e can become your switch-off.
🛋️ The sofa becomes your recovery.
🙋♀️ Everyone else gets your time before you do.
💭 And the second you “mess up”, you tell yourself you’ve failed.
Sound familiar?
The problem isn’t that you don’t want your goals badly enough.
It’s that your coping mechanisms are often competing with your goals.
And you can’t simply willpower your way out of that.
You need to understand the pattern.
Build better ways to cope.
Start keeping promises to yourself.
Rebuild your confidence.
And, most importantly, start believing that you’re worth prioritising too.
And this is exactly why doing it completely alone can be SO hard.
A coach isn’t just there to give you calories and workouts.
They’re there to help you spot the patterns you can’t see yourself, keep you accountable when motivation disappears, and help you build habits that actually work around real mum life.
Because you don’t need to become more disciplined.
You need a plan that works for the life you actually live — and the belief that you’re worth showing up for. 🤍
If you’re a tired mum who’s spent years putting everyone else first, let this be the point where you stop starting over.
