One year ago our gorgeous Cerys joined the Monroe team 🥰✨

And what a year it’s been… from making her clients look and feel amazing to bringing so much warmth, laughter and positivity into the salon 🤍

We’re so lucky to have you, Cerys. You’re an absolute gem and such a lovely part of our Monroe family. We can’t wait for many more years, memories and laughs together! 🥂✨

Happy 1 year at Monroe Beauty! 🤍

School holidays are coming to an end and here are just a handful of my favourite memories from the summer…

Bike rides 🚲, trips, picnics, filmmaking 🎬, beach days 🌊, watching the eclipse 🌘, time with friends, lots of good food… and most importantly, so much love and laughter ❤️

I’m soaking up these last few days with my favourite people before we’re back into the school routine — and it’s also my littlest Pirañita’s 7th birthday! 🎂🥳❤️

So replies to messages may be a little slower over the next few days while I’m making the most of this time with them.

In the meantime, please make sure you’re booking your appointments in advance through the online booking system, as September is already nearly fully booked!

Thank you, as always, for keeping me so busy and allowing me to enjoy these precious moments with my family. It really does mean the world.

Cecilia ❤️

The corned beef pies might be made with ready-rolled pastry and pre-mashed potato… 😂 but there’s one thing you never cut corners with…hair!

You’re the most passionate hairdresser I know, and you pour your whole heart and soul into everything you create. ✂️❤️

Good luck at the Neal & Wolf Awards, my gorgeous Stephen! 🥹 You’re already a winner in our eyes. 🏆❤️

We’re so incredibly proud of you! ✨

✨ A little salon update… ✨

Firstly, thank you all so much for your continued support. We honestly couldn’t do it without you, and we’re so grateful for every appointment, recommendation and kind word. 💕

August is now fully booked with myself, Cecilia. 🤍

If you’re hoping to get an appointment this month, please make sure you join the waiting list, as cancellations do happen and we’ll contact you if a space becomes available.

Just a little reminder too – if you need to bring your children along to your appointment, I’m always happy to accommodate where possible. As a mum myself, I completely understand how difficult it can be to juggle childcare, especially during the school holidays. ❤️

As everyone at Monroe Beauty is self-employed, please just check directly with the stylist or therapist carrying out your treatment to make sure they’re happy for little ones to come along too.

And if they do come with you, Lily and I are always happy to be models for their masterpieces! 🥹🎨 How adorable is Callie’s portrait of us? 🥰

Thank you again for keeping us so busy. We appreciate every single one of you! 🫶✨

✨ Extra August Availability! ✨

I’ve opened up a couple of extra days in August, so if you’ve been waiting to book, now’s your chance!

My availability is still very limited, so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Please also bear in mind that if you need to rearrange your appointment, I may have very little flexibility as I’ll either be away or spending time with my children during the school holidays.

Thank you so much for your continued support, I can’t wait to see you all! - Cecilia 💛

Important Notice

We’d just like to make our clients aware that Lauren Nicole🏹 - North East Makeup Artist & Lash Tech is no longer part of the Monroe Beauty team and has not worked from the salon since April.

Unfortunately, we’re aware that some clients have recently been affected by appointments booked directly with Lauren, and we’ve received calls and messages asking if we’re able to help.

As Lauren Kennyford was self-employed and no longer works from Monroe Beauty, we do not have access to or manage her diary, appointments or client bookings.

If you have an appointment booked with a current member of the Monroe Beauty team, please don’t worry – your appointment is completely unaffected.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. 🤍
