From today, we will begin to transition to using our new 24 Hour Prescription Collection point, which is situated outside at the front of the shop.
We aim to have the vast majority of prescriptions available to be collected this way.
Some items like controlled drugs, prescriptions with fridge items, PillPacs, weekly prescriptions and large items, will still need to be collected in store.
If you receive a text saying "your prescription is ready at the at Falls Pharmacy 24hr OUTSIDE collection point", go to the front of the shop and follow the instructions.
If you receive a text saying "your prescription is ready to collect at Falls Pharmacy IN STORE", then come into the shop as usual and give a member of staff the code you received.
If you would not like to use this new service,
just let us know and we will adjust our data base.
To access your prescription:
-enter your pincode on the screen
- wait for the hatch to open (this can take up to 30 seconds)
- open door and collect and take your prescription out of the compartment
