SAMHAIN HALF DAY RETREAT with Helena Murphy at The Wild Box was absolutely beautiful.

Helena Murphy guided us through a mandala flow, exploring the theme of spanda.

We created a beautiful Samhain altar together going through each important aspect of altar creation.

We journaled on what we are letting fall + what our intuition is trying to communicate with us.

We used an explosive 🧨 fire ritual to release! Ready for a fresh season.

To integrate I guided a restorative + Reiki practice.

It was such a meaningful day. I shed many a tear when we created the altar, it was very powerful.
