✅ Pharmacy Sale Completed - Orpington, Kent

Congratulations to Chetan Bhatu and Dhaval Bhavsar on the successful purchase of Crescent Way Pharmacy in Orpington.

Chetan and Dhaval are both pharmacy entrepreneurs with a growing portfolio across London and the Southeast. Having started their pharmacy ownership journey just three years ago, they now have more than 10 pharmacies in their joint partnership portfolio, and many others Individually.

The sale was supported by Elizabeth Shaduwa and the team at Square One Law from the sellers side and Jas Singh and the team at Pickford’s Solicitors.

This latest acquisition marks another exciting step in that growth, and we wish them both every success with Crescent Way Pharmacy and the next chapter ahead.

Congratulations to Abdul Basith on the successful purchase of Pendeford Pharmacy, located at Whitburn Close, Wolverhampton.

This is an exciting milestone for Abdul as a first-time pharmacy buyer, taking on a trusted local pharmacy that continues to play an important role in supporting the Pendeford community.

Pendeford Pharmacy provides a range of NHS and private healthcare services, including Pharmacy First, NHS flu and Covid services, blood pressure monitoring, stop smoking support, contraception, weight management, travel vaccines and private vaccination services.
