Looking back, most of the best things I’ve done started with me wondering whether I was making a mistake.

Opening One Wellness.
Running classes when hardly anyone turned up.
Driving to Liverpool for my first podcast.
Putting myself out there when it would’ve been easier not to.

None of it felt comfortable at the time.

If I’d waited until I felt ready, I’d probably still be waiting.

That’s what this post is about, not being fearless.
Just doing it anyway.

Have a good week👊🏻

What’s £10 worth to you?

For some, it’s a coffee and a snack.

For others, it’s an hour to switch off, recover from the week and start the next one feeling refreshed.

That’s exactly why we introduced £10 Sundays.

Every Sunday, you can enjoy contrast therapy for just ÂŁ10 and give your body and mind the reset they deserve.

Spaces are limited though, so if you’ve been meaning to try it, this is your sign.

Book now via the link in our bio🖤

“The big thing for me is my metabolic age dropped from 58 to 45 with 100 classes.”

Keri shares her story of:

• Reversing the clock on her health
• Reducing body fat
• Building muscle
• Getting stronger
• Creating lasting habits that have completely changed how she feels

Oh, and she mentioned the music is great and the vibe is encouraging too… we’ll take that!

Thank you for being part of this journey, Keri. You should be incredibly proud of how far you’ve come.

If you’ve been thinking about starting your own journey, let this be your sign. Consistency really does change everything.

May was a month of tweaking, refining and learning from our mistakes in April.

It was also packed with highlights.

To mention a few:

* Got creative with our marketing and offers
* Attended Ellie Tower’s launch party
* Spent two days in London with Carly working on the future growth of the business
* Hosted a huge event alongside Mercedes High Performance Powertrains
* Watched so many of our members smash goals in strength, weight loss, mindset and consistency

The momentum is building, the community is growing, and we’re only just getting started.

If June is anything like May, we’re in for a treat.

Life will always get busy, things will always come up.

The key to staying consistent isn’t waiting for the perfect time, it’s remembering why you started in the first place.

Who are you doing it for?
How does showing up benefit them?
