Physios who sell special pillows
Chiros who sell posture braces
Doctors who sell peptides and supps
Pain professionals who sell you the “next thing”

I promise I won’t ever put myself into these situations, because that would be pulling you further away from what you actually need.

Follow if you want someone who just tells you the truth about pain ✌️

Most people don’t struggle to sprint because they’re unfit

They struggle because nobody ever taught them how their body is supposed to move when it does.

Joint positions will always dictate how much force the body can handle efficiently during sprinting, and if you’re not considering this, the force itself could be overwhelming if it’s not “shared” across multiple joints and muscles.

In this workshop I break down exactly why most people sprint the way they do, and what needs to change to make it efficient, powerful, and low risk.

I’ve always loved sprinting. It’s the thing that’s given me the most “good feels” when it comes to measuring my own ability and capacity.

When I was a teenager competing in it, the thrill of racing short sprints was like an addiction.

Then, because life happened, I stopped.

Until about 5 years ago, when I decided to bring it back.

And now I will NEVER stop.

Sprinting is the most explosive thing your body can do. And I think most people secretly want to be able to do it — without bracing, without worrying, without feeling like something’s about to snap.

They just don’t believe their body can handle it anymore.

That belief is the problem. Not the body.

Take it from a 90kg guy who sprints up hills — the body can be trained to handle more than you think.

The nervous system can be taught that speed and force are safe.

You don’t have to give up explosive movement just because you’ve been in pain,

or just because you’re “getting older” either.

You just have to build back to it the right way.

🏃‍♂️

If you’re on the Isle of Wight and you’re dealing with pain that won’t shift > this is where you come.

Not a clinic.
Not a waiting room.

Just a coach who has spent 16 years figuring out what actually removes pain for good.

News flash > Your nervous system switches off when you sleep.

Your arm getting pins and needles, where you don’t feel it during sleep, proves this.

This is why most people actually feel better in the morning > because the system gets a change to reset and recover.

It’s weird to me that chiropractors, who are meant to understand this, suddenly forget it when there’s an opportunity. 🤑🤑🤑

➡️ You’d be much better off building movement and strength in the area that’s causing pain, because that’s what actually changes it ⬅️

It will cost you a lot less. It will actually address the problem. And it will stop you following another placebo-object-focused pain pro from leading you down the wrong path.

Most people stretch what hurts.

It makes sense on the surface: something feels tight, so you try to lengthen it.

But tight doesn’t always mean short.

Sometimes it means scared.

And you can’t stretch a nervous system into feeling safe.

Nicole had been given stretching as the answer for years, but something about it never sat right with her.

When we switched to LOADING > giving the muscle something to work against instead of pulling it apart, she felt the difference almost immediately.

That’s the shift.

Stretching asks the body to let go. Loading teaches it that it’s strong enough to hold on.

One of those things builds trust.
The other just pulls at it.

And yet loading is barely mentioned in mainstream pain care 🤷‍♂️

A magnet on your neck isn’t going to reset your nervous system.

I’m not saying the person selling it is lying. I’m saying they don’t understand what they’re selling.

Your nervous system doesn’t respond to magnets.

It responds to signals, the way you breathe, the way you move, the way you hold tension in your body without realising it.

Here’s an example:

If you slow your exhale down to twice the length of your inhale, your parasympathetic nervous system activates within seconds. Heart rate drops.

Tension releases. Your body shifts out of fight or flight, not because of a product, but because you gave it the right signal.

That’s not a hack. That’s just how you’re built.

The tools that actually work aren’t complicated.

They’re just not sold in a box.

I used to do this for free.

Then I left.

Eleven months later, they called and asked if I’d come back, but this time they’d pay me.

None of that would have happened if I hadn’t said yes in the first place.

Every time you say yes to something that fits your skillset, even if it’s not the main thing, even if it doesn’t pay yet, you’re putting yourself in rooms you wouldn’t otherwise be in.

You’re showing people what you can do.
And you’re building a reputation that follows you around quietly.

Say yes to the things you’re good at, that feel right, before you even know where it leads.

Because sometimes it leads somewhere better than you planned.

Creating content is part of my life, whether it’s for my own work or someone else’s.

And I don’t know what the next 12 months will look like, let alone 12 years, but I know I will enjoy it, because I keep leaning toward work I enjoy.

Anyone else out there with a main job / side job that they really enjoy doing?

Hope this clears things up for you 👍
