Hi, I'm Rosie, a certified practitioner of Reiki and Hypnotherapy. It's my pleasure to guide you on your journey toward emotional balance and inner peace. My integrative approach harnesses the restorative power of Reiki with the transformative potential of Hypnotherapy. They empower you to let go of stress, manage chaos, and live with more joy and intention. I became a practitioner because I love guiding people on their journeys toward wholeness and self-discovery. It's an honour to walk with you! My goal is to create an uplifting, judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable exploring your inner world. Wellness comes from within, and you deserve to feel your best. I'm here to support you in investing in your mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Let's connect soon! Wishing you tranquillity. Reiki Level 1 Training 😊
19th & 20th September in a lovely venue in Tilgate Park, Crawley

✨ A last-minute place has become available on my Reiki Level 1 training this weekend ✨

Saturday 19th & Sunday 20th September

Well, perhaps this is your one day! 💫

The course is relaxed, practical and down-to-earth, with plenty of time to learn, practise and ask questions. No previous experience is needed — just an open mind and a little curiosity.

If you’ve been thinking about learning Reiki, or simply feel drawn to exploring something new, I’d love to hear from you.

✨ Today I birthed my new healing and therapy space. ✨

After much thought, planning and love, I am delighted to welcome clients into a beautiful new space designed to feel safe, calm, nurturing and supportive.

This room is more than just four walls; it is a sanctuary where you can pause, breathe, heal and reconnect with yourself. Whether you come for Hypnotherapy, EFT, or Reiki, my intention is that you feel comfortable, heard and cared for from the moment you arrive.

I am incredibly grateful for this new chapter and can’t wait to share this peaceful space with both existing and new clients.

Here’s to healing, growth and new beginnings. 💜✨
