No mats.
No familiar moves.
Just you.
The whole of you.
Your body.
Your experience.
Your breath.
Your rhythm.
Your story.
Thank you to everyone who arrived and gave themselves permission to move beyond the thinking mind and into the wisdom of the body. 🌀

Here’s a little snippet of something I shared during the DANCE ….
before muscle,
before bone,
before breath as you know it,
before you had any idea of yourself as “you.”
There were cells.
One cell becoming two.
Two becoming many.
Dividing.
Multiplying.
Organising.
Differentiating.
Not because you knew what to do.
But because life knew how to unfold.
Let yourself sense that.

There was no right way to dance.
Nothing to perform.
Nothing to get “right.”
Just an invitation to feel, listen, explore, release and let the body lead.
Thank you for bringing your beautiful, authentic selves into the space and for sharing the dance with one another. 🤍
This is somatic ecstatic dance.
A space to come home to yourself — through movement, sensation and connection.
