✨ Immerse yourself in soothing sounds and gentle vibrations as you slow down, release tension and take a much-needed moment just for you. A chance to pause from the busyness of motherhood, breathe deeply and simply be with your baby.

✨ We often spend so much of our lives striving for the best: the perfect moment, the ideal body, the perfect home. But in constantly chasing what could be better, we can forget to appreciate what’s already good.

✨ The truth is perfection is a finish line we will probably never reach. There will always be something to improve or something that doesn’t quite go to plan.

✨ That’s not to say we shouldn’t strive for things we want in our lives, but on that journey if we can learn to appreciate the beauty in the imperfections, we might actually find that what we thought we wanted wasn’t going to bring us more joy anyway, and we are happier right where we are. 💛
