As a client, I hate working with practitioners 1:1 😳

Don’t get me wrong, I do it every once in a while - but it’s not my preference.

I’ll wait and wait until I’ve gone so far myself that I just can’t go any longer - and then I’ll finally book a session with someone.

Believe me, I know that these words are showing how much work I still have to do on asking for support - I’ll go and work on that right now 😆

But what I’m really saying is that the best discoveries and realisations come for me when there isn’t someone on the other side of a screen. When I’m not performing for anyone or worrying that I am saying words in the right way & communicating properly.

That’s important sometimes. I need that sometimes.

For the majority of the work I’ve done, it’s happened in leaps and bounds when I’ve had the wide open spaces of enough time and calm to just let the answers come.

And there are a lot of answers to be found. A lot of questions to be asked. Such a depth we all have to swim to to find ourselves.

This is what drove me to create all my programs - because this work, to me, is so important - and I truly want you to be able to do it.

With me on the other side of the screen, guiding you through journeys and sessions and helping you to find the answers you need.

One program in particular is so important to me, I want everyone to be able to use it.

So The Path is now available as a Pay What You Choose program.

There are enough barriers to doing this work. We don’t need any more 🙌

It needs you to turn up and choose this and do this work. When you do - everything changes.

It’s the last quarter of the year - and the temptation is to write off the rest of it and start again in 2024.

It feels like there’s no point in starting now - we’re nearly at the New Year đŸȘ©

🎃Halloween is coming!
🎄Christmas decorations are in shops already!
🙌We get to put our legs away and wear tights again (finally!)

Your thoughts tell you that you’ll feel so much fresher & full of vigour in the January. Best to wait and ride on that New Year energy.

It’s no wonder we all feel that way. It’s like the whole world conspires to make us gain 7lbs of pumpkin spiced latte & pastry weight to numb us into a gentle hibernation.

Now here’s the important thing. I *love* winter. I LOVE IT.

I love twinkly lights and Christmas movies and mulled wine and parties. I LOVE it all. And I will be enjoying every second of it.

But one thing I am completely done with is continually pressing pause on my dreams.

Because this year is categorically not nearly over 😂

Believing that is the extreme version of ‘I’ll start on Monday’ and it’s keeping too many incredible Goddesses down 🙃

It’s tempting to put all these things off because we’re too tired to even think about them


But that’s because we’re draining our energy doing stuff we really hate đŸ« 

Hoping later will be better.

That we’ll have more energy in January.

LOL!!!

Let’s pause for a moment of honesty together and see all the times we’ve put off our dreams for later.

And I’m here to tell you, that’s bullsh*t

And as for your destiny?

Why, YOU (my darling) are a GODDESS

And the destiny of a Goddess is to follow her desires and become fully embodied in this joyful and fleeting human existence

And part of you knows that. Doesn’t it?

I truly can’t overstate this point. People ask what I have done to create so much change in my life and the answer is incredibly simple.

I tapped on every single thing I experienced that felt like discomfort.

Yes I tapped on limiting beliefs and I dived into my shadows and I did all the existential stuff


After YEARS of just tapping whenever I was experiencing ANYTHING negative.
