π°οΈ The clocks go back this Sunday
Darker evenings can affect how we feel. For some people, low mood comes back every winter. This is called seasonal affective disorder, or SAD.
Signs include low mood, losing interest in things you usually enjoy, and sleeping more or feeling more tired than usual.
Getting out in daylight, staying active and keeping in touch with people can help.
