Saturday 10th October New Moon 🌚 ✨️

The new moon is in Libra ♎️ which brings a massive reset button. A reset for your life, to bring peace and eaae the chaos.

Setting boundaries, bringing balance and deeper connections.

Use this time to set your intentions ✨️, trust the path in front of you, and watch things start to align 🙏💕🙏

Now Ive got your attention.....

Highest Good Pause ✨️

It's time to pause, breathe, and reflect on when you took some time just for you ✨️

All you need to do is take a break, deep breaths, and smile 🥰

See how that feels, just smiling to yourself, and when you're ready, take another deep breath, relax those shoulders, jaw and neck.

All you are doing is taking a moment just for you 🙏🙏🙏
