♡ SEASONAL DETOX ♡

♡ As the seasons are changing give your system a refresh and a kick-start with a detox ♡

♡ Warm Himalayan pink salt stones followed by a lymphatic drainage massage ♡

♡ Himalayan salt helps with electrolyte and fluid balance. As well as warm and deeply relaxing the stones are revitalising. They exfoliate the skin and deliver trace minerals to the body ♡

♡ Lymphatic drainage massage is gentle and relaxing but an amazing reset for the body helping move excess fluid naturally and helps to stimulate the immune system ♡

♡ Please note you can experience a 'detox flu' following the treatment so book when you can have time to rest after, avoid alcohol and caffeine and trust the process of resetting yourself in preparation for the darker months ♡
