🧹POD RE-SET TIME 🧽
I’ve seen a lot of posts recently about always seeing the highlights on social media, and I think this qualifies totally as one of my lows (and there are lots believe me🤣).
I feel I’m quite open and honest about my lows, but here it is, one of my weaknesses- reels! I really try, and it takes me so long to do the most basic of things and it still ends up not how I’d like it to look! But hey ho, I’m here giving everything a go (story of my life just giving it a go 🤪).
My weekly ritual for keeping my space fresh, welcoming and ready to hold whatever you want to bring through the door💚
I’ve been delving into the Violet Flame energy (when time allows) over the past months, and I just LOVE the tuning fork! I get called to use this for cleansing in reiki sessions so some of you will be familiar with the sound, but I also love cleansing my room with it too 💜

What a difference a year makes! I am so in love with having my special little space ✨
There’s still lots to do in the garden, lots of planting up to do, there is STILL half a ton bag of mud kicking around that I’m gradually disposing of! It’s a long process and lots of trial and error for me in gardening which is the fun of it, seeing what works and what doesn’t. But slowly, slowly and all that!
So thank you all for ignoring the messy bits 🙏 thank you for choosing me as your therapist 🙏 thank you for your kind feedback and supporting my tiny business, it means the absolute world 🌎 ❤️
