So lovely to be part of this little community! 🤍🌿

A beautiful countryside setting, wonderful independent businesses and so much to discover, all in one place.

We’re really excited for this new chapter at The Ranch! ✨

One farmyard, MORE reasons to visit! 👀

At The Ranch, we're passionate about delicious food, knowing where our produce comes from and creating a place where people feel welcome. ❗️ But there's more happening here than you might realise❗️

We're lucky to share our little corner of Yorkshire countryside with THREE independent businesses, each offering something different.

🩰Kaha Studios • Dynamic Reformer Pilates, combining strength, stability and self-care.

🌿 Bohemia Wellbeing • Sound baths and personalised wellbeing experiences.

🎯John Whitfield Sports Massage • Sport remedial and deep tissue massage, alongside specialist treatments.

Whether it's good food, quality produce, movement or a bit of well-deserved relaxation you're after, there's plenty to enjoy 📍right HERE in ONE place.

Have a look at their pages to find out more about their services and how to book.

An afternoon just for me 🤎✨

Today I took some time out for a beautiful FULL POWER CACAO ceremony with Liam Browne and The Conscious Self.

Originally planned for Camp Katur, but with the weather having other ideas, a last-minute change of venue took us to Jion Studios in Ripon instead!

An afternoon filled with ceremonial cacao, amazing powerful breathwork with Aaron Parker
healing, a beautiful sound bath with Pausenpeace, meditation, music, dancing, Kirtan chanting and connection.

And some amazing people met along the way. 🤎

I’m so used to creating and holding space for others, so it felt really lovely to be on the receiving end for a change. To simply turn up, let go, experience something different and just be.

There were lots of beautiful moments and meaningful reminders throughout the day. Particularly about embracing life as it unfolds, finding gratitude even through the challenges and remembering that, even when things don’t go quite to plan, life itself is a blessing.

A beautiful experience, full of connection, good energy, new perspectives and moments I’ll take away with me.

Sometimes a little time for ourselves is exactly what we need. ✨

Storm Boelo raging outside… complete calm inside✨

What a contrast at Epworth this afternoon!

Whilst the wind and rain swept through outside, inside the pool was a completely different world. Calm, tranquil and beautifully peaceful.

And with the darker evenings creeping in, our sessions had a whole new feel. Darker, moodier and even more atmospheric. Just beautiful✨

Two wonderful floating sound immersions and a little escape from the world outside.

Thank you to everyone who joined us today 🤎🙏🏻

Our final Epworth session until February is Saturday 21st November, with just a few tickets remaining before the pool closes for refurbishment.

If you’d love to join us, you can secure your space through the booking link. ✨

A Wednesday evening, but a world away from the everyday…✨

There’s something quite special about taking a little time out in the middle of a busy week.

The soft lighting, the stillness of the water and the beautiful sounds filling the space at Truffle Lodge tonight. 🤎

A little reminder that you don’t have to wait for the weekend to make time for yourself.

A new space. A new beginning. 🤎✨

Welcome to Bohemia, Womersley.

We’re so excited to finally share a little look inside our beautiful new treatment space!

Tucked away in the gorgeous countryside surroundings of Womersley, alongside Kaha Pilates Studio and The Ranch Farm Shop & Café, our new space offers a peaceful, private and welcoming environment.

For those of you who know Bohemia through our sound immersions, floating experiences and events, you may not realise I’ve also been a therapist for over 27 years.

After 11 wonderful years at my salon in Askern, I’m now bringing my one-to-one treatments together under Bohemia.

From luxurious holistic facial rituals and bespoke massage experiences to Reiki, crystal healing, personal sound journeys and a selection of other treatments, everything is designed with your individual needs in mind.

A space to slow down, reconnect and find a little more balance.

I’ll be welcoming clients on Wednesdays and Thursdays and selected Saturdays.

For treatment information, availability or to arrange your experience, simply send me a message here at Bohemia.

I can’t wait to welcome familiar faces and new ones into our beautiful new space.

Here’s to new beginnings and everything still to come. 🤎
