A self-taken screen is a quick, private way to test for chlamydia & gonorrhoea — no awkward appointments required ✨
You collect your own sample using a simple swab or urine test.

🔸 If you have a va**na
👉 Vaginal swab

🔸 If you have a p***s
👉 (ensure urine held for at least an hour) First-catch urine sample (the first part of the stream 🚿)

• Throat swab

We’re proud to be working alongside our Zone 5–19 colleagues to help share important s*xual health information, raise awareness and make sure young people have access to clear, accurate and inclusive information.

While Solutions 4 Health 4 Doncaster provides s*xual health services for people aged 19+, working collaboratively with our colleagues at Zone 5–19 helps us strengthen the wider s*xual health conversation across Doncaster and ensure that information about topics such as HIV prevention, PrEP and PEP is visible and accessible.
