Pumpkin carving is a great Halloween tradition. But if your child isn’t old enough to handle a sharp knife safely you can use pens, stickers, paint or glitter to decorate your pumpkin without making a scratch.

Just search for “no-carve pumpkin ideas” and you’ll find lots of creative ways to transform yours.

We’d love to see your pumpkin creations. Please share them with us.

As the clocks go back an hour this weekend, you might want to think about making small changes to bedtime for you and your family over the next two days.
⏰Start your evening routine later by up to 15 minutes tonight starting with teatime and bath time
☀️Don't forget to wake your child up later the next morning if they haven't woken already to gradually change their body clock
✅Start this new routine tonight so hopefully you and your child won't notice the changes as much.
If you need further support or advice about sleep routine, please call the Single Point of Contact on 0300 021 8997

Stocking up on Halloween treats? Remember that some sweets can be dangerous for young children.

Lollipops, hard sweets and mini eggs can be serious choking hazards because they can completely block a child’s airway.
