🕯️ A little extra relaxation in the treatment room!
One of my lovely clients makes these gorgeous handmade candles and has been very kindly keeping me supplied! 🥰

They've been making themselves right at home in my treatment room, adding that little extra touch of calm to your massage experience when needed.
It's always lovely to support a small business, especially when it's someone who supports mine! 🩷

So if you notice a lovely scent when you come in, now you know why! 😉

A little glimpse into life outside the clinic…

Most people on here know me through Knot Master Therapy, but what you don’t see is that alongside running my clinics, I also work as a befriender supporting people living with dementia.

So when I’m not in clinic treating aches, pains and keeping you lot moving, there’s usually plenty going on behind the scenes too, yes I work 7 days a week balancing life with my 4yr old too! 😅

This was a really lovely (and slightly embarrassing 😂) surprise to see. I don’t particularly think twice about helping when something needs doing — I just get stuck in and do, if I can take the stress from someone else I normally do.

Two very different sides of my working week, but actually, they have a lot in common: looking after people, listening, problem-solving and hopefully making someone’s day that little bit easier. ❤️

Turns out I’m not very good at sitting still… in or out of clinic! 😂

Inspire Champion of the Month – Ceri! 🏆

This month, we’re celebrating Ceri for going above and beyond to support one of her clients and their family❤️

When a leak occurred at the client’s property, Ceri stepped in to help deal with the situation, making sure the client was supported, reassured and not left to face a stressful situation alone. Then cleaned the mess up herself.

At Inspire, we know that supporting someone is about so much more than the time spent providing a service. It’s about being there when things go wrong, helping families through difficult moments and making sure the people we support feel safe and cared for❤️

Well done, Ceri, and thank you for everything you do! 🌟
