🥑 Got a nutrition question? Ask me! 🥑

I’m a newly qualified nutritionist and I’d love to help make nutrition a little less confusing.

So, I’m opening up the floor…

What’s something you’ve always wanted to know about nutrition?

Maybe it’s:
✨ What should I eat for breakfast?
✨ How can I stop reaching for snacks in the afternoon?
✨ Do I really need to eat protein with every meal?
✨ Is there actually such a thing as a “healthy” diet?
✨ What should I eat before or after exercise?
✨ Are supplements really necessary?

Drop your question below 👇 — no question is too basic or silly!

I’ll answer as many as I can, and I may turn some of your questions into future posts (without naming you, of course!). 💚
