Samhain 🧙‍♀️ the ending is also the beginning. As we enter the dark half of the year, the earth dies back, ready to rest and restore. Know that much is starting to bubble beneath the surface but now is a time to retreat and return. Blessing from one witch to another 🤍 ps loved being a witch for the day 🤍

I was recently interviewed on a local radio station regarding my other life (my day work), I managed to drop a little sound healing in there though ✨🤣 It’s mostly about a life changing book, that I read many years ago; the book inspired me to go onto study social work.

This chat about the book really ignited my passion again, in protecting our most vulnerable.

Have you ever read a book that changed your life?

🌿 Something gentle is arriving at Dorchester Yoga & Therapy Centre 🌿

Private 1-1 Reiki Healing with Rachel

There are some moments in life when all we need is to be still… to breathe… to let go.

I’m so happy to share that I’m now offering private one-to-one Reiki sessions at Dorchester Yoga & Therapy Centre — a quiet space for you to come back to yourself. ✨

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, deeply nurturing energy healing practice that began in Japan. With hands resting lightly on or just above the body, I hold space for universal life force energy to flow — like a soft wave of calm washing over you. There’s nothing you need to do. Nothing to fix. You simply lie down, close your eyes, and allow yourself to be held in stillness. Many drift into the most beautiful state of relaxation… and some fall gently asleep. 🌙

What can it help with?
🤍 Softening stress and anxiety
🤍 Inviting deep, soul-level relaxation
🤍 Supporting emotional well-being
🤍 Restoring a sense of calm, balance and inner glow

Reiki is a beautiful complement to medical care — a gentle hand alongside, never a replacement. 🌸

Sessions by request

If you’ve been longing for a little space to breathe, this might be your invitation. I’d love to hold that space for you. 💚

🦂 SCORPIO NEW MOON: TRUTH & TRANSFORMATION

Monday, November 9 | 7–9 PM
Dorchester Yoga & Therapy Centre

What transformation is overdue in your life?

What have you been ready to change that you have been avoiding?

Under the deep, intense, fiercely transformative Scorpio New Moon, we descend. We face what we've been hiding. We release what we've been carrying. And we rise.

Grandmother Scorpio whispers:

"You are not here to be fine. You are here to be free."

Join us for Lunar Light: Scorpio New Moon

A 2-hour journey of:
🦂 Lunar wisdom – what the Scorpio New Moon means for your truth and transformation
🦂 Guided meditation – to meet your shadow with compassion and courage
🦂 Group Reiki bath – to release what you have been carrying alone
🦂 Sound bath integration – to sing rebirth into your bones

📓 Please bring a journal and pen – there will be time to write without editing about what is ready to transform.

🦂 This evening is for you if:

🌑 You're ready to release old patterns, beliefs, or relationships
🌑 You feel something inside you is ready to change
🌑 You're tired of managing symptoms and ready to heal the root
🌑 You want to reclaim your power
🌑 You simply need permission to descend, feel, and rise

Scorpio doesn't ask you to be comfortable. She asks you to be honest.

"You have been so brave. Carrying secrets. Hiding wounds. Pretending you were fine.

But you are not here to be fine. You are here to be free.

So tonight, I give you permission to release. To mourn. To rage. To heal.

The phoenix does not rise from comfort. She rises from ashes.

And you are already burning. Let the fire do its work.

You will rise. You always do." Grandmother Moon
