💜 Who supports the people who spend their time supporting others?

Working in Reiki, energy healing or holistic therapy can be incredibly rewarding but it can also raise questions around boundaries, energetic fatigue and the less-discussed aspects of working with clients.

These are conversations worth having and you don't have to navigate them alone.

I am just putting out a last call to join myself and Ann from Blueray Diamond Healing for a free online webinar exploring The Shadow Side of Working with Energy & Healing.

✨ Monday 26 October 2026
🕖 7:00–8:30 pm
💻 Online via Zoom
🎟️ Free, including a presentation and Q&A

Open to Reiki Level 2 practitioners, energy workers and holistic therapists across all energetic modalities.

📩 Message me to secure your place.

Please feel free to share with someone who might find this conversation valuable as it is often dismissed during practitioner training. 💜

22/10/2026

I'll be co-hosting this webinar next Monday 26th October 2026 to share knowledge on working with the shadow side of energy (both as a Reiki Practitioner & Spirit Release Practitioner) and the importance of keeping ourselves safe, especially at times of vulnerability in our lives or when seeing clients.

If this is something which might interest you, please contact me directly.

Wellness Wednesday: A gentle mid-week reminder… 💭

You don’t have to wait until you are completely running on empty to rest.

Rest isn’t a reward for finishing everything on your to-do list; it’s the energy that allows you to live fully.

Today, grant yourself permission to:
Pause without feeling guilty
Set a boundary around your time
Say no to things that drain your battery

What is one small way you can nourish your energy today? 🌱

✨ Your well-being journey doesn’t stop when you leave the treatment room.

Crystal sets carefully selected to support your integration and calm at home! 🌿
