Bringing to life a prayer for protection, power and feminine strength. This weaving birthed from an 18 month initiatory journey we were on together, and after a powerful medicine journey where we traversed the depths of life on earth. I saw this dragon curled around her, protecting and guiding her, and it came alive in the form of a sword, strength, courage, slicing through the darkness and bringing in the light. Snakes, spirals, the lotus and rose offering their wisdom and gifts. Elemental vines wrapped her arm harnessing the power of her light as she weaves beauty, healing and love into the world.

I was walking barefoot in the forest this morning, truly my favourite thing to do, feeling the cooling earth and mud squishing in my toes, it makes me slow down my pace, feeling the tree roots, pine needles and cones massaging the soles of my feet. It brings me into full presence with the moment, not thinking about anything else than what is in front of me. I passed two women who reacted in shock at my feet being on the mud and it made me think about how sterile this world has become that the earth is to be avoided, covered up from.
This is our primal nature, this is how we evolved long before plastic shoes wrapped our soles and beckoned us away from the wild and into plastic cubicles wrapped in plastic clothes. Trying to un-plastic myself in this plastic world. Im basically antiBarbie, life in plastic ain’t so fantastic 🌿🧚🏻🧚🏻🧚🏻🧚🏻🧚🏻🌿:.

All handpoked in ceremony ~ I love when I have requests from men as my usual design style is generally more feminine, and so when I do design for men it asks me to listen even more deeply so I can keep my style aesthetic while bringing in the masculine.:.
The moment I received these intentions I had the symbols come through so quickly, I often feel that the designs are already here in the field waiting to come alive on the skin before I have even designed. The magic of working in ceremony is that the mind rarely gets involved and it is just a beautiful feminine process of listening and creating 🌀🪶🌿:.
