Harmony ZONE 💖

Hi guy's ♡

I decided that I would visit home cares and provide massage service (face and hands) for people living there. My service will be absolutely FREE 🌼🌼🌼

Let me introduce myself in a few words.

My name is Małgorzata and I was born in Poland. I also studied there, completed several massage courses and worked as a masseuse. As a young girl who discovered that helping others gives a lot of satisfaction🧡

I flew to Scotland and also studied here, completed several courses and opened my own business. At first I was mobile therapy and over time I decided that I wanted to work from home so I created a cozy room where my clients could feel comfortable. After a few years, I decided that I wanted something more and opened something of my own on the market.

Today, Harmony Zone is located at 10 Tay Square in Dundee where I am fully dedicated to my work and put all my heart and commitment into doing my job with passion. I am a fully insured masseuse with 20 years of experience and dreams for the future. ✨️✨️✨️

If you are a home care worker or know someone who works in such a place, please share this message to reach as many people as possible. If you want to arrange an appointment at home care, write me a private message.

Have a wonderful Sunday ❤️

Harmony ZONE — I know you may feel
a lack of self-care right now ❤️‍🩹

💬 Massage happens to be an ideal way of taking care of yourself. It improves blood circulation; helps work out kinks and knots in your muscles; and eases tension headaches. A good massage will make you feel lighter, both physically and emotionally.

🤍 When you are taken care of physically, it follows suit that your mental state will also improve. You will be less stressed and more able to handle whatever life throws your way with a clear head. The same goes for your emotional well-being when your body feels good, so do your mind and heart. I know you may feel a lack of self-care right now.

💭There are countless benefits to adding massage therapy to your weekly wellness routine. It’s an essential self-care element that helps keep your body fully functional and your mind fully clear. The time is now to finally invest in your health and wellness.

Schedule your first appointment with Harmony Zone today to get the best massage 🤌🤌🤌

The theme of tonight’s Mindfulness group is,

Bringing Your Energy Back To You ✨💕

I’m sure many will agree that the last few weeks have been a journey of discovery,
realising more in what you need to do, as well as the disciplined decisions that you know you need to make.

Changing from who you once were, into the brand new you - takes away a huge amount of energy, that you don’t always realise that you are losing.

Your body will become washed out, sickness creeps in and your sleep cycle becomes disrupted.

Always listen to your body and take a step back as often as you can, and give back to you!

Your Soul can’t do what it needs to do, when your body is running on empty 💕✨

** 3 spaces left for May’s Mindfulness Group Session, Monday 8th 5.30 - 7pm Heart Collective, send me an email at [email protected] - if you would like to book a space 💗

Your intuition is your superpower!! ✨✨

The truth of what you need to know, will always be understood by the way you feel - not your thoughts.

But often there could be a confusion in distinguishing between your head and the impulses of your Soul.

A little spiritual tip in how to work it out,

Firstly always try to bring yourself to peace.
If you feel you are forcing yourself for to find an answer. Stop trying so hard and leave it be, until you become more settled within yourself.
The correct response will always come.

Secondly - Trust!
Go with the first feeling you collect.
Don’t question it, don’t disbelief what you feel and don’t make life difficult for yourself.
You have asked for a solution, it’s been delivered to your Soul, so learn to accept that’s what you need to know.

Look out for what is coming forward today -
A spiritual teaching of strengthening your partnership with your intuition.
It may show up in small ways, or you may be delivered that answer that you have been waiting for!

Your intuition is your forever all knowing,
It never leaves you! You just need to learn to trust in it a little more!

Have a beautiful Sunday 💛

You can’t hurry the process of life 💗

Spirit will ask that you always adopt the belief of,
What will be, will be!!

You know you are ready for new!
You have a knowing that life is about to be different!
You are aware that you are stepping into a changed cycle!

But you won’t know what that is yet.

Get comfortable with not knowing!

Spirit always has your back, and everything happens for a bigger spiritual purpose - all created for your Soul development.

Embrace the quieter days (like today)
When nothing significant is happening,
Although physical life appears still, plenty is always taking place in the Spiritual Realm.

Don’t become restless by lack of action,
Instead use your time wisely to just ‘be!!

Your loved ones in Heaven are lovingly creating your new life in perfect Divine Timing 💗

Keep trusting 🫶

Spirit guided me to create a post yesterday with the prompt that this weekend was a time of ‘breaking new ground!

What may have this felt like to you?

♥️ Making wise choices to remain grounded when something or someone has triggered you,
💛 Keeping flowing when your expectations don’t go to plan,
♥️ Realising that your emotions are indicating you to become a new you!

Although these spiritual opportunities are a chance to change you - it’s not always plain sailing!!
Expect the tests!!

People will bug you,
You’ll battle between your head & heart,
And you’ll be ever so tempted to react!!

Does this sound familiar to your weekend?

In spiritual speak, you have peace in the garden of your heart - but there are weeds growing there too!
Weeds show up as anger, resentment, disbelief, anxiety and pain.

Your Angels are the gardener’s of your heart, and will help get rid of the weeds in various ways.

When you become determined to only allow the Light From Heaven into your heart - the weeds will fade away and your peace will grow!

Remember everything happens for a spiritual reason - always trust that drama is your best teacher.

Be the responsible you,
Always take the ‘high road’
And smile proudly as the garden of your heart grows beautifully!!

We all have an Angel that lives in our heart ❤️

And today your Angel is reminding you that you have the strength to move whatever area of your life is needing your attention - in an upward flow!

With the intense energy of March beginning to fade, your team in Spirit are preparing you for what’s coming forward next.

Heavens love is applying pressure to squash old habits, and make space for the brand new!
Can you feel the changeover coming in?

Don’t push against it, keep listening to those impulses in your intuition.
And most importantly follow the flow!

Flowing is when you get rid of old beliefs & ways, because your Angels have told you, they only leave you feeling stuck in the same old cycle!

Embrace the new!!
Your beautiful team have a greater life waiting for you - don’t fear the first steps!!
Your courage is in your heart!

Have the bestest day!

❤️❤️❤️
