Ah a@wee@post. Did last Jan. Reflecting back on what an amazing year 2026 has unfolded in. With over 1200 breathers have now experience 9D and the ‘medicine’. One session can cause a shift. Several makes for real change.

If you’ve been following us for a while and been wanting to come join one of our session. Just do it! Remember to put your own oxygen mask on first. Self love is not selfish. It’s gift that pays dividends not just for you bit@your whole circle of influence.

So get the fence and give yourself the opportunity to find real change.

Sadie, thank you for every one of them. For the laughs, the hard bits, the two boys, and for building Torus Tree with me.

✨ Today is a powerful day for ancestral healing. ✨

10.10.26 — a powerful triple 10 portal, and what a beautiful day to come together for our full immersion, Breaking the Family Pattern. 🤎

Today we created space to explore the generational trauma, emotional wounds and patterns passed down through both our mother and father lines.

Patterns that may have travelled through generations. Beliefs, fears and emotional burdens that were never truly ours to carry, yet somehow became part of our story.

And perhaps today was an opportunity to begin writing a different story. ❤️

Through the heart-opening warmth of cacao, energy healing, frequency, sound, shamanic drumming and a deeply restorative sound bath, we created space to release, reconnect and restore.

A nourishing lunch, beautiful connection and some gentle Qi Gong helped us ground, integrate and land back into our bodies.

There is something incredibly powerful about giving yourself permission to stop, be held and simply receive.

✨ Only TWO more full immersions left this year!

If you’ve been giving so much of yourself to everyone else, perhaps it’s time to give something back to you.
