Working with healing sound, this service nurtures the natural ability we all have to heal ourselves.

Welcome to Sound-Well, a space where you can experience the deeply powerful, relaxing benefits of meditation and sound therapy through the magic of Storytelling and some of the oldest instruments known to man, the Gongs. For anyone wishing to try something new and different Gong baths (sound meditations) and storytelling sessions are offered in a variety of settings including: Sound-Well’s Therapy Space, online, in workplaces, care homes, private residencies, schools, hospitals, community groups, in nature and many other unique venues. Working with groups as well as individuals, some of my recent commissions include: The National Trust, Center Parcs, Unison South West, Exmoor National Park, Barchester Health Care, The Minehead Development Trust, Williton Children and Family Centre, Exmoor Home Educators Group, Barnfield Unit - NHS as well as a wide range of residential care homes for the elderly.

At 8pm this evening, I’ll be opening the first of our seven online Chakra Sound Baths, beginning where all good journeys begin — with our foundations.

The Root Chakra, Muladhara, is traditionally associated with grounding, safety, belonging and our relationship with the body and the Earth beneath us.

🌕 Full Moon Lunar Blessings 🌕

I really enjoyed this interpretation of today’s Full Moon from Astro Butterfly — *Full Moon in Aries: On Your Soul’s Terms* — and thought I’d share it here for anyone else who feels drawn to reflect beneath this beautiful moon.

There is something powerful about a Full Moon illuminating what has ripened, what is asking to be seen, and perhaps what we are ready to release.

Wishing you all gentle Full Moon lunar blessings, wherever you are and however you are meeting this moment. 🌕✨
