💛💛Little mix up with the dates, next soundbath is 18th Oct💛💛

🍂✨ who needs some time to switch off, slow down and just have a moment for themselves...?

Last night as the sun was setting, the candles flickered, we slowed right down, softened into the space and let the beautiful sounds of the crystal bowls do their thing.

There’s something extra special about a soundbath at this time of year — cosy, warm, grounding and a little bit magical. 🍁🤎

And if you missed this one… don’t worry, there’s another one coming! ✨

Who fancies joining me for the next one? 💛x

🍂 It’s here!!! 🍂

After the hottest summer, it’s time to gently flow into autumn… ✨

Cooler days, crisp nights, golden leaves and all those beautiful, earthy colours appearing around us. A time to slow down, settle in and embrace the cosy vibes.

Think warm blankets, candles glowing, mugs of something delicious, darker evenings and that lovely feeling of coming home to yourself.

And, of course… a whole load of sound baths!

The perfect excuse to get cosy, switch off from the outside world and sink into some much-needed stillness. Let the sounds wash over you, soothe your nervous system and give you space to simply be.

So, here’s to autumn…
To slowing down.
To getting cosy.
To softer evenings.
And to plenty of beautiful sound.baths 🍂🤎✨

Autumn, I’m ready for you. 💛
