Did you know that i work along side Tradional Chinese Medicine with my practice?
It works very nicely with Reflexology, acupuncture, acupressure.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), an imbalance involving the Kidney, Spleen, and Liver is a common pattern underlying reproductive challenges and infertility. In TCM theory, these three organ systems work together to regulate reproductive energy, nourish blood, and control the menstrual cycle.
When these three systems fall out of balance simultaneously, they compound one another:
• Liver Qi stagnation can "overact" on or drain the Spleen (stress affects digestion and energy production).
• Spleen deficiency fails to adequately nourish the Kidneys over time, depleting the body's core reproductive reserves (Jing).
• The combined result is a disruption in the harmonious rise and fall of hormones, Qi, and blood across the monthly cycle, manifesting as issues like anovulation, thin uterine linings, or difficulty conceiving.
By using a TCM Approach and Integration
• Individualised Treatment: TCM practitioners use a combination of Chinese herbal medicine practioners, Reflexology acupuncture, and lifestyle or dietary adjustments tailored to your specific mix of deficiencies and stagnations.
• Complementary Care: TCM is typically used alongside conventional Western fertility investigations (such as blood hormone panels, ultrasounds, or semen analysis) rather than as a replacement for reproductive medicine. It is important to inform both your fertility specialist and your TCM practitioner and Holistic Therapist about any herbs or treatments you are combining.
When you come along for your treatment we will be discussing all areas of your life
What specific symptoms you are experiencing (e.g., cycle length, cramping, stress levels, digestion)?
What exercise you do?
What your diets like?
All health problems or ailments.
This is all discussed in confidence.
