Just a little reminder as I’m receiving so, so many messages about anti wrinkle appointments at the moment! 🤍

Wednesday evenings are our dedicated prescriber clinics! 💉

If you’re thinking about booking in with me for anti wrinkle injections (Botox), you must first be assessed and signed off by our prescriber before we can go ahead with your treatment.

This means that once you’ve attended your prescriber appointment and been approved, we can then arrange your anti wrinkle treatment appointment for a future date. ✨

For all new clients, I always like to start with a consultation FIRST however if you know you are wanting Botox please attend our clinics and then arrange your consultation . 🤍

This gives us the chance to have a proper chat about your concerns, what you’d like to achieve and create a personalised treatment plan that’s right for you.

If we decide anti wrinkle injections are the best route, we’ll then arrange for you to attend one of our Wednesday evening prescriber clinics before proceeding with treatment.

Please note: This prescriber clinic requirement is specifically for anti wrinkle injections and does not apply to filler appointments.

So, if you already know you’d like anti wrinkle treatment, please get in touch about attending our Wednesday evening clinic.

💕 Calling all my lovely clients, friends and family! 💕

We’re holding a charity Dance Fit evening in loving memory of my Dad and Susan and raising money for St Cuthbert’s Hospice, a place that means so much to me and my family. Kindly donated by Jane 💙

We’ll have a fun Dance Fit class followed by a lovely selection of homemade cakes, savoury treats, teas and coffees for sale all money going towards St Cuthberts , along with a tombola! 🍰☕️

I would absolutely love to see as many of you there as possible, even if you don’t fancy the dancing and just want to pop along for some cake and a cuppa! 💕

I will NEVER stop shouting about how incredible the results we can achieve with strategically placed dermal filler 🤍

These photos were taken immediately after treatment, and just look at the difference.

As we age, we naturally lose volume and structural support within the face. Combined with the effects of gravity, this can lead to areas beginning to drop, hollow or look heavier than they once did.

This is why I love combining treatments. Anti wrinkle treatment can be amazing for relaxing certain muscles and creating lift, while filler allows us to restore, support, soften and rebalance the structure of the face.

I always explain it like building a house 🏡

You wouldn’t build a beautiful house without making sure the foundations underneath were strong first. Without the correct foundations, everything above eventually begins to drop.

The face is exactly the same.

It isn’t about simply filling a line or chasing every little depression we see. It’s about understanding why that area has changed and carefully rebuilding the support underneath.

With precise, strategic placement, we can soften hollows and depressions, restore lost structure, create support and gently lift the face, all while keeping the result beautifully natural.

This is why I absolutely LOVE filler. 🤍
