I know October can be a quiet month for small businesses. With Halloween around the corner, Christmas creeping up and everyone watching their pennies, getting a piercing might not be at the top of your priority list! ❤️

Cancer is something no family should ever have to face, especially when it involves a child. If I can use my little business to make even the smallest difference, then that's something worth doing. ❤️

Just look at that placement 👌😍 Nice, straight and beautifully angled — exactly what we want to see from both the front and the back!

For this flat helix we used a larger 1.6mm gauge. The initial longer bar allows room for swelling, but downsizing is really important once the swelling has settled. Leaving jewellery too long can mean extra movement, snagging and irritation, so please don't forget your downsize appointment! 🖤

Throughout October, VIP Cosmetic Tattoo & Piercing is raising money for Young Lives vs Cancer ❤️

For every piercing booked with me this month, £10 will be donated to help support children and young people with cancer and their families.

But you don’t need to get pierced to get involved!

If piercing isn't your thing but you'd still like to support what we're doing, you can donate directly through the fundraiser attached to this post. Even £1, £2 or £5 makes a difference — there is absolutely no pressure. ❤️
