Myself and the amazing Lesley From Acorn to Oak With Love are teaming up to create a beautiful parent & baby session in South Queensferry on Thursday 29th October at 2pm.

A chance to pause, take a breath and enjoy a gentle afternoon with your baby - with time for connection, and home made cake!

Using crystal singing bowls, soft chimes and guided meditation, I will create a gentle soundscape for this special parent and baby session.

Before the sound bath Lesley will guide you through some gentle baby massage and baby yoga movements, and be on hand throughout if you need a little help with your baby.

There's no pressure for babies to be quiet or for you to join in with everything. Feeding, cuddling, changing and tending to your baby all belong here.

Come as you are and follow your baby's lead. We'll finish with tea, coffee and a cake baked by Lesley, because time to chat with other parents is part of what makes our classes special.

A deeply restorative session honouring the Divine Feminine through Yin Yoga, meditation and sound!

Brogan Flow with Brogan | Yoga for Seasons & Cycles will guide you through heart meridian and womb nurturing Yin Yoga, honouring your sacred feminine light and reconnecting you with your body’s wisdom and cycles.

I will then guide you through a Journey to the Heart meditation and immersive sound healing with crystal bowls, creating space to rest and receive.

11 years ago, I was terrified of what life would look like on my own. Now, I look back and see how much that chapter shaped the woman I’ve become. 🤍

Reiki became such an important part of my journey back to myself, helping me create space to slow down, reconnect and explore what I was carrying.

Looking back at 2016, I can see so many little breadcrumbs that were quietly leading me towards the life and work I have now.

At the time, I had no idea where they were taking me. I just knew I wanted to follow the curiosity.

Energy healing. Meditation. Yoga. Travel. Personal growth.

And slowly, I learned to listen to myself, trust my intuition and follow those little nudges.

Looking back now, I can see how they all led me here. To Blue Soul Wellness. And to creating Return to Calm.

Maybe you’re in the middle of your own chapter like that right now.

You might not know exactly where you’re going. You might just know that something needs to change.

Sometimes you don’t need the whole map. You just need to follow the next breadcrumb.
