Robert, CEO of the PBC Foundation, has a message to share with you this World Mental Health Day. Click on the attached video to watch the full message.

"No matter how alone you might feel, there are people out there..."

Mental health support is available, and it is important to reach out when you need it. Here is a reminder of some of the support available:

➡️ NHS mental health pages — information about UK support and services: https://www.nhs.uk/mental-health/
➡️ Mind — mental health information and support: https://www.mind.org.uk/
➡️ Samaritans — a listening service available 24 hours a day: https://www.samaritans.org/
➡️ Find A Helpline — a directory to help you find support outside the UK: https://findahelpline.com/

You are important. You are not invisible. You are not alone.
