Lower back pain rarely starts in the back itself—it’s usually tight hip flexors, overworked glutes, and locked pelvic joints pulling your alignment off balance.
When your muscles get short and dense, your body compensates, leading to constant niggles every time you stand or walk.
Manual muscle therapy combined with assisted stretching breaks that tension cycle and restores your range of motion so you can move freely again.
Which of these 3 habits is pulling on your lower back right now? Let us know in the comments! 💬

"Struggling to stand upright and walk properly without compensating..."

Huge thanks to Kevin for taking the time to leave this review! ⭐️

When lower back and pelvic pain hit, your body naturally shifts its alignment to avoid discomfort. Manual muscle therapy combined with assisted stretching releases that deep-seated tension, restoring full range of motion so your joints can reset without relying on compensatory patterns.

Why does joint pain keep coming back even when you keep strengthening it?

As Tom Brady points out: tendons usually hurt because the attached muscles are overly tight, short, and dense—not just weak. When muscles get dehydrated and tight like "beef jerky," they constantly pull on your tendons and joints.

Manual muscle therapy lengthens and softens that tight tissue so tension on your tendons is released and you can move pain-free again.

Most runners think of massage as a luxury or a "treat" after a goal race. But if you’re only booking a session when you’re already injured, you’re missing the biggest performance gains.
