My groups meet on Mondays!

Five sessions - so I'm sure one will suit....

Right through from 0730am for the early birds 🐦
9am, 1030am, 530pm and through until 7pm if you need a late one!

How crazy is this weather!

Who'd gave thought we'd be basking in the sunshine by the Thames in November!

I love the Autumn Sunshine, something really special about it. We've been so lucky with the weather on our mini break ☀️

I LOVE spooky season – seeing everybody enjoying Halloween 🎃👻☠️

The best bit for me, though, is seeing the incredible transformations of Slimming World members – both in the weight they’ve lost and the confidence they’ve gained.

Just look at Mary! She dropped 7st (44.4kg) and now can’t stop grinning 😁.

What does your weekend have in store??

Any spooky plans?? 🎃

I'm away in London having a little family break.....
Lots of 👟 racked up, lots of hop on hop off 🚌📷, some shopping and culture 🛍🖼 and a few treats 🍰☕️ to keep us sustained.

Half term shenanigans....

🚄 🚶‍♀️ 🇬🇧🏙

Travelled to London yesterday, didn't arrive until well after 2pm and we still racked up alot of steps!!

Day 2 today and a full day of sightseeing in store for us so I wonder how many 👣 we will do 🤔

Visited the Natural History Museum yesterday ❤️

Right..... I've just got to get these teenagers up and out!!
