WEEKLY (ish) RECAP

The last week and a bit has been a whirlwind and I am not sure the weather is changing anytime soon. All area's of life are busy, personal, family, work...

I signed up and started training for Cambridge Half Marathon , I ran a resilience workshop and breathwork session for a big corp in Welwyn, we fired up the sauna for the first time at Willow Grange Farm Shop & Café, my boy came to the end of a chapter with Nathan Mitchell at football fun factory, I had a branding photo shoot with Luana | Anti-boudoir Photography & Bold Branding Photography, and spent time with my boys at Cambridge United FC and showed Albi the sauna.

There is a lot of juggling going on right now, and I am pretty confident I am dropping balls left right and centre, but there's nothing that can't be picked back up or fixed, so we keep juggling, and go on with the show.

No doubt this juggling act rings true for many of you, just remember even the greats make mistakes, we do not need to be perfect, and the show will go on regardless, and what a show it will be 🎪 p.s we also went to the circus yesterday and didn't take a single photo 🤡

BACK IN THE FOREST 🌳

I am so excited to confirm we are heading back to the beautiful Perriways Forest, home of for an autumn breathwork, before the winter arrives.

After amazing feedback regarding the separate ladies and gents sessions, I have done the same again, so there is a session for every.
Ladies first in the afternoon, gents early evening.

This forest really is something special, so if you haven't been before, that alone is a good reason to join us. But my breathwork is pretty awesome too, even if I do say so myself.

The forest sessions do sell out, so get booked on, as this is the last forest session of the year.

A LITTLE QUIET OVER HERE
I haven’t posted much lately, but that’s because I’ve been bloody busy! 😂

I’ve been a guest speaker at a networking event, held my own networking and co-working days, and had the absolute pleasure of being part of an incredible breathwork & sound bath collaboration with Sakura Holistics Ely

And apparently I haven’t taken many photos either 🤦‍♀️

All of that alongside my usual PT clients, classes and everything else that keeps me on my toes.

YESTERDAYS COFFEE AND CONNECTIONS WAS...

Please someone help me finish that sentence.
It was brilliant, fun, emotional, it connected people personally and in business.
September generally brings smaller groups to networking, I was initially worried that there weren't enough people to make true connections, I felt bad for our speaker and attendees, however it turned out to be absolutely incredible.

Thank you Helena Mueller from Helrica Massage Clinic for speaking. Just wow!!! And thank you for bringing your camera.
Thank you Clare McDonald for stepping in to take some pics and providing us the best chocolate balls from Microbiome Cafe, full of healthy goodness.
Thank you to all the familiar faces for returning and supporting C&C and thank you to the jew faces for joining us and sharing your stories and businesses.
Thank you to the wonderful staff at Willow Grange Farm Shop and Cafe for taking care of us.

I feel genuinely honoured to host these events, I get to meet so many incredible people.

I AM A BLOOD DONOR 🙌

Many years ago I tried to give blood and was turned away for having too thin veins.
I was told this would likely never change and it is very unlikely I would ever give blood.

It was so disappointed and all these years I have wished I could donate.

They said unlikely, they didn't say impossible.

So today, off I went with my inspiration and support crew, aka Darren Stevens to try once again.

While Darren was giving his 25th donation, yes 25th 🙌 I was able to give my first ❤️ I am so happy.

On top of this Albi had a successful first day of year 1 and a first swim in a new stage.

A successful day all round, I feel proud as punch of all of us and wanted to shout it from the rooftop.

I am posting this a little early as I am wide awake and nervous about watching my boy walk into a new classroom for his first day of year 1. Reception was fine, year 1 terrifies me.

Good luck to all little ones, parents, teachers, and people battling traffic again.
