A few days ago, I captured a photo of my first 1st froglet sighting from this year’s spawn.
Tiny, delicate, fragile but completely a frog, having changed it’s shape so thoroughly in the past months. I have watched it’s transitions with a quiet, joyful hope. However much I’ve learnt, how much I think I should know by now; I ground to a halt recently; something was not working.
Since then, I have been so lucky to go through my own metamorphosis, emerging blinking and soft in my new shape, a shape that I can joyfully grow into, like the froglet. I’ve been taking my first new steps after my Zero Balancing (ZB) course earlier this week. It was a wonder to see all the other students transition too, losing a weight and gaining a spark, after all the work we’d been doing on each other. It augmented perfectly, my recent Burnout and Neuroscience of Transformation CPD courses.
This Saturday (20th June) will be the last Meditation Class (11:00) and Reiki share (10:00) at Exeter Library until 26th September, so do join us, especially if you’d like to explore Burnout recovery or transformation. £7 in advance, £10 on the day or what you can afford.
As always, let me know if you’d like a deeply relaxing session in Swedish Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Mindfulness or Perrin Technique (also in Exminster now).
