We’re at Exeter College today!

Paula and Tash from our Fitness Team are enjoying being part of Exeter College’s Mental Health Awareness Fair today, taking place at the Centre for Creative Industries, opposite Exeter Central Station.

They’ll be there until 2pm, chatting with students, sharing more about the work we do at Westbank and how our services support people across Devon with their health and wellbeing.

We would like to say a big welcome Shaun.
Shaun has worked as a Physical Intervention Tutor at the RD&E and an Assistant Practitioner Community Therapist in Exmouth.

Shaun is a postural stability specialist he’s spent many years leading and delivering the strength and balance classes at Exmouth and Sidmouth hospital following into community classes.

Shaun will be teaching the better balance class on Friday at 11.30am and the falls prevention class on Friday at 12.30pm.

If you haven’t already come and say hello Shaun would love to meet you !! 😊.

A massive congratulations to Paula on receiving highly commended Apprentice of the Year at the Aspiration Awards 2026.

Paula Schrader is highly commended for her dedication, professionalism and drive during her Level 3 personal trainer apprenticeship at Exeter College. She consistently delivers confident, supportive coaching, helping people of all abilities build confidence and progress in their fitness journeys.

Excelling academically and completing additional qualifications, exercise referral, studio cycling and strength and conditioning. Paulas positive mindset and passion for helping others make a lasting impact.
