Date night perfection, a catch-up with friends or even a simply an hour to yourself. 🤎

We offer both private and social evening sessions, gift vouchers & bespoke packages if you are celebrating an occasion.

I absolutely LOVE these pictures! 😍

The joy, the laughter, the faces you pull when that cold water hits! 🧊

Let's talk cold plunging...

Yes, it's cold. Yes, it takes a little courage to get in. But that feeling afterwards? That's what keeps people coming back!

Cold water immersion can give you a real boost in alertness, lift your mood and leave you feeling wonderfully refreshed.

And paired with the warmth of the sauna? It's a contrast that's hard to beat. 🔥❄️

But my favourite part? The laughter, the encouragement and the pure joy of sharing the experience.

You don't have to be a cold plunge pro. Start small, listen to your body and enjoy the experience.

Come for the sauna, stay for the cold plunge.

We’ve shared some pretty special moments at the sauna this summer golden sunsets, an eclipse, birthdays, anniversaries, new babies 🩷, Valentines sessions, Mothers & Fathers day, some incredible talented Insta influencers doing their content thing! happiness a little saddness, quiet moments to yourself and that post-sauna glow we’ll never get tired of. 🤍

We’ve watched a brand new community grow. People arriving as strangers and leaving chatting & planning their next sauna session, long distance friends reconnected, families spending proper time together and people simply take an hour out of busy life for themselves.

It’s those little moments that have made the sauna feel like such a special place and created this lovely community around it.

Come amd give it a go for yourself. There are quite a few people out there that would highly reccomend.

A BIG Thank you for being part of it.

Make the most of the fresh herbs next time you visit 🌿

Pick a bunch and pop them into the kiulu.... A little Finnish vocab for sauna bucket. The herbs will infuse the steam as you sauna. Lavender, mint & lemon balm … they smell gorgeous and add a whole new sensory layer to your Hiki. 🌿💦🔥

A simple little ritual that really elevates the sauna experience.

A place on the grid for this great group of gentlemen 🤍

An adventure on their electric bikes, they decided to try something new and joined us for a sauna before cycling home… with a little pub stop on the way, of course 🍻🚲🔥

Just enjoying being together staying active, having a good chat and enjoying each other’s company. This is what Pure Hiki Sauna is all about 🤍
