Hard, cracked heels? 👣

As you can see from this patient who came in this week… it’s actually an easy fix ✨

Dry, split skin might look painful (and let’s be honest — not the nicest to look at either 😅), but with the right treatment and care, the results can be instant and sooo satisfying.

Now THAT feels better 🙌

If your heels are starting to feel rough, don’t leave it — your feet will thank you for it 💛

Out of office: healing mode activated ✨

Procedure done today and all went well.
Now taking a little enforced rest before returning to work towards the end of February.

Currently comfortable and optimistic… but we’ll see what tomorrow brings 😅
Keeping things gentle and following orders for a while.

No heavy lifting, squatting or funny business for a while 😉
