Our winter solstice yoga and sound-bath special :)

Me and Dawn have a magical morning planned for you right before the solstice on Sunday 20th December.

We gather to celebrate the end of the year, to reflect, to rest and to recalibrate right when you need it most, before the Christmas rush!

Treat yourself to a beautiful morning to pause and centre.

Yoga with Kate is coming to Bridgemary!!

I’m excited to share that ill be opening a Yoga and Yogalates class on Wych lane, Gosport in St.Matthew church :)

New beginner courses start from 1st October.

£12 pay as you go or get a week free with a 5 week block for £45, that’s £9 per class.

Pick a yoga class to increase mobility, strength, balance and create a positive mindset. These classes include, breathwork and meditation and dabble in a mixture of styles of yoga. Suitable for all levels.

Choose the Yogalates class to increase core and back strength, we use resistance bands and balls. A more exercise based class, that uses yoga moves to stretch, slow down and find balance.

New yoga class opening in Elson on the 20th September...

I have some exciting news. Yoga With Kate is expanding once again!

I have loved teaching Park Yoga Gosport this year! But as the season comes to a close, I realised you summer time yogi's could do with a full time flow.

So here it is. Classes to resume on a Sunday in HEDCA, Elson from September 20th, with Yoga With Kate .

We will begin at the very start with a beginners course 🙂 So new and inexperienced yogi's welcome. This is a slow mixed style class to help us unwind on a Sunday morning.

5 week course. Starts 20th September, Sundays 09:15am-10:15am.
