From 16–19 November, the Bray Healthcare team will be in Düsseldorf meeting distributors, healthcare professionals and potential partners from across the international healthcare sector.

We’ll be talking about our work across women’s health, skin and wound care, including Portia and Avoca, as well as opportunities to work with Bray more widely.

Healthcare doesn’t only happen in hospitals and GP surgeries.

It happens in community settings, care environments and specialist services across the country, each with their own requirements and challenges.

Recently, Bray Healthcare has been supplying Quick-Stop and Quick-Care products to the prison service in Oxfordshire.

It’s a relatively small example, but it demonstrates something important about healthcare supply: organisations need products they can rely on, backed by a supplier that understands consistency, availability and straightforward service.

For Bray, adding value isn’t always about creating something new.

A couple of weeks ago, we took the Bray team off-site for our Half Year Update.

It was a chance to bring everyone together, share what’s been happening across the business and look ahead to what’s coming next.

Just as importantly, it gave colleagues from across Bray, including our production team, the opportunity to spend time together away from the day-to-day, ask questions, share ideas and connect with people they might not always work alongside.

We finished the day with a team social and a couple of well-earned drinks. 🍻

A really positive afternoon and a great reminder of how important it is to make time to bring the whole team together.

Some women’s health conditions may not always be widely talked about, but their impact on everyday life can be significant.

Pelvic organ prolapse is one example.

For healthcare professionals, having access to an appropriate range of pessaries means being able to consider different patients, anatomies and clinical requirements rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.

That is where our Portia range fits in.

But for us, the value isn’t simply in supplying a product. It’s in supporting healthcare professionals with an established range, product knowledge and a team they can speak to when they need help.
