In honour of Baby Loss Awareness Week, our team members have been proudly wearing their pins to show our support and help raise awareness.

One of our own, Doug, is happy for us to share his story - Doug sadly lost his grandson, Arhtur George Swinney, who was stillborn. Four years later and he is still very much loved and remembered by the family. 🕯️

A huge congratulations to Ellie, our Business Administrator Apprentice, who has officially graduated! 🎓💜

Having seen first-hand the hard work, dedication and determination Ellie's put into achieving this fantastic result, we know just how well-deserved it is.

It's also a bittersweet moment for us, as Ellie will be leaving Croyde to embark on an exciting new chapter, starting in a new role on Monday!

Whilst we're incredibly sad to see her go, we're equally excited to see where her career takes her. We have no doubt she'll hit the ground running and achieve great things!

The government recently announced a change to the Employment Rights Bill that will see new bereavement rights for families experiencing pregnancy loss. 🕊️

This will entitle anyone (partners and intended parents in surrogacy arrangements included) who experiences pregnancy loss at any stage of pregnancy to two weeks of unpaid bereavement leave. Previously, this was only available to those who experienced pregnancy loss after 24 weeks.
