About last night - we experienced the most exquisite cacao ceremony and gong meditation with .therapies . A clear night under the stars, watched over by the great tree, supported by the Earth beneath us and warmed by the fire to the side of us. Even after so many gatherings, one thing never changes.

People arrive carrying whatever the week has brought with them.

Join us at The Burrow for Forest Harmony:

Gong Meditation & Cacao - two hours to get comfortable, lie back and be immersed in the sound of Joe’s gongs.

We’ll begin with cacao and a guided meditation, before settling into the gong experience, with time to gather and share together afterwards.

Tuesday 13th October | 7–9pm | The Burrow, Farnham
