I’ve just been sorting out all my work videos and been sat down a rabbit hole of Clubbercise videos

As I got towards the end of teaching this, even though my energy was big, there was just something that wasn’t sitting right anymore. And now I’ve taken some time away from it, I don’t know whether I’m looking back at it through rose tinted glasses, but I do really miss it. I miss lots of your lovely faces and I wanna know how you’re all doing???

I can’t teach Clubbercise anymore, but I could probably put something together with all these bangers, even if it’s just a one- off in January to get yourself out of the cold and dark month

Would you think?

I've been having a bit of a rethink about how I offer personal training, and I'd love a few people to help me trial something new for November.

If you’re like me, most weeks look roughly the same but there needs to be some flexibility with working out. Work gets busy, the kids need you, you've got a million other things to think about, and sometimes your energy levels just aren't where you'd like them to be.

And I think that's where exercise can end up falling by the wayside. Not because we don't want to do it, but because life doesn't always fit neatly into a routine.

So I'm looking at offering something a little more flexible, with some structure and accountability, but with room to adapt to what's actually going on in your life.

**For November, I'm looking for 5 people to help me trial this.**

For £80, you'll get:

* A month's worth of workouts
* One one-to-one personal training session with me
* A weekly check-in
* Accountability and support throughout the month

You'll be helping me work out what this kind of support could look like going forward, and hopefully finding a way to fit a bit more exercise into your own life at the same time.

It's very much a trial, so you'll be helping me develop the idea as well as getting something out of it yourself.

If you're someone who wants to get stronger and feel a bit better, but struggles to make exercise fit around work, kids and everything else, I'd love to hear from you.

Drop me a message if you'd like to be involved. ❤️

Over the years that I have been a personal trainer, I know many a client who has been paying for gym memberships for months even years, and they’re not even using that gym space.

This is wild!

This is really based off of the fact that most of the time people don’t really know what to do when they get in the gym. They tend to stick to the machines that are easy to use and or not intimidating. This is totally understandable and to be quite honest, there are certain machines that I to this day feel intimidated by!

What I gave my friend yesterday was the use of four machines that she had not tried before, along with exercises that she can do on the gym floor without the machines if they are being used the next time she goes along.

This is an area of personal training that I’d really like to explore so I’m coming up with a plan and I’m gonna need a few people to get involved 🫵

So if you’ve got a gym membership and you’re not making use of that gym or you’ve got some kit at home that’s just collecting dust, then it’s time to start thinking about how we get the most of this.

If this is something you are interested in, please comment MOVE and I will send you a message.

Unfortunately due to illness Line Dancing is not going ahead tonight

Whenever you do something you’ve never done before, especially when you’re meeting a group of people for the first time, it always feels a little awkward. And if I’m honest, this is definitely not something Paul would’ve ever chosen for himself!

But as soon as we set off on the 8K trail run, we found our rhythm. Running across the North Downs meant hills, but the views at the top made the climb worth it.

Our finish line was Denbies, where we were greeted with delicious pizza and a glass of sparkling w**e. We also got to hear more about Katie and the story behind Run to W**e. By then, everyone had shared the same run, so it was easy to strike up conversations—we all had something in common.

I joked that we were probably a generation older than most of the group, but it actually made me think. As we get older, it’s easy to convince ourselves that certain experiences aren’t really “for us.” And sometimes that’s the only thing holding us back.

After pizza, we headed into a w**e tasting with Jeremy at Denbies, where we sampled five fantastic w**es. The pours were very generous so by the last glass everyone was having a lovely old time 🥂

A huge thank you to Katie **e_ for such a brilliant event. If you love running, w**e, or simply trying something a little different, I’d absolutely recommend it. Whatever generation you’re from, this one ticks all the boxes.

Despite writing things down in a paper diary and putting it in my Phone diary, I will inevitably forget something in this last couple of weeks of term!

All of the additional things to remember these couple of weeks is gonna be a real challenge, but most of us are going through the absolute carnage of all the emails and reminders coming up so it’s all good.

All the best! 🫣🤪❤️

I can’t recommend giving one of these events a go enough—especially if you can convince a friend to suffer alongside you! 💪

If you’ve been thinking about trying a hybrid event, I’d definitely recommend
It’s nowhere near as daunting or overwhelming as Hyrox, the training feels much more manageable, and at the end of the day, the only person you’re competing against is yourself.

Huge thanks to for being a fab teammate and making it such a fun day, and a massive thank you to everyone who organised Cyclone. It was a brilliantly run event with such a welcoming atmosphere.

We’re aiming for top 5 next time 🙌🏻
